The Sauvignon Blanc is bright and lively; the Pinot Gris, off-dry and gently layered. Where French oak is used, it plays a supporting role — adding structure and depth to our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir without ever overshadowing the fruit.
We aim for a seamless integration where the oak complements the wine's natural characteristics rather than overpowering them. Every decision in the winery starts in the vineyard.
