Zesty and aromatic with lifted notes of passionfruit, lime zest, and fresh herbs. The palate bursts with tropical fruit and citrus, underpinned by a minerally, mouth-watering acidity.
Vintage Notes: 2025 was another memorable vintage in North Canterbury.
The combination of naturally low crops and a seemingly endless autumn
produced pristine fruit that was perfectly ripened. We harvested our
Sauvignon Blanc on the 4 of April.
