Pale blush pink with fragrant notes of watermelon, fresh strawberries, and hints of citrus blossom. Light, vibrant, and refreshingly dry, with a crisp finish that invites another sip.

Vintage Notes: 2025 was a memorable vintage in North Canterbury. The long dry autumn and extended ripening period produced pristine fruit that was perfectly ripened. We harvested the Pinot Noir for this wine on the 11 of April.

Nicky's Food Match: BBQ’ed lamb chops with garlic smashed potatoes and a fresh green salad is my favourite meal to have with this wine. It is also delicious enjoyed alongside a platter of your favourite nibbly bits!
