Our Pinot Noir Rosé

Rosé gets underestimated. It shouldn’t. Ours is made from Pinot Noir, the same grape that goes into our red, and it’s a wine I pour all year round, even in the middle of winter with the fire going.

A Rosé made for long evenings

It’s pale blush pink, with fragrant, summery aromas of fresh strawberry, watermelon and a hint of citrus blossom. The palate is light, dry and refreshingly crisp. It’s the kind of wine that makes another glass inevitable.

The 2025 vintage

The long, dry autumn of 2025 was ideal for the delicate Pinot Noir fruit at the heart of this wine. The fruit was picked on 11 April and came in with beautiful freshness and natural intensity.

What the critics said

  • Named one of MiNDFOOD magazine’s Eight of the Best Rosé, October 2025
  • 93 points and 5 stars, Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
  • 92 points, Sammy Wilkinson, The Wine Writer
  • “Excellent”, Mark Henderson, Otago Daily Times

What to eat with it

Barbecued lamb chops with garlic smashed potatoes and a green salad is my absolute favourite. It’s also perfect with a generous platter of cheese, charcuterie and whatever you have on hand. Strawberries are optional, but highly recommended.

Order the 2025 Pinot Noir Rosé, or add a few bottles to Build Your Own Six.
