I hope all is well. We are now officially into winter here in NZ. Since the weekend, the weather has turned quickly - brrr! I am currently hunkering down inside near the fire working through my emails.
Winter is an amazing time for us in North Canterbury, The day's are cold, starting with a heavy frost but then it is usually followed up by beautiful blue sky clear days and load of sunshine.
Pruning will start in a few weeks and then everything will be looking pristine - just the way Dad likes it. He is very particular about his vineyard!
We are starting to blend our early release white wines, so I am busy in the winery getting the wines ready for bottling. The Pinot Gris, is looking fantastic and will be the first 2019 wine down the bottling line this month.
